The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was just a short walk from Paddington station. The staff, particularly Alex, were friendly and helpful. The shower room in our room was modern and very clean. the room had blackout curtains, easy to sleep without any disturbance. The hotel had great wifi and a nice reception lounge. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a conveniently located hotel, just a short distance from Kensington Palace. The hotel is also close to the train station and within easy reach of various restaurants and shops. The staff were nice and helpful, and the wifi services were reliable. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast provided was sufficient.
